Returns
Harper + Scott (“we” or “us") makes every effort to accurately describe the products we sell and to inspect them before packing. If for any reason you want to return an item due to wrong size, wrong color, or you simply changed your mind, please follow the return process instructions.
You will have 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) returned (less the $9.95 return shipping fee), which will go back on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Products are eligible for return if they are:

Mailed to us to be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the products.

Not worn, laundered, altered, or otherwise used.

In a clean/unsoiled "as new" condition with original tags, labels, and/or packaging.

Packed and shipped in a manner to prevent damage to the item in the return shipment.

Not made to order, custom, discontinued, or clearance items.

In the unlikely event that merchandise was damaged during shipment, please do not open or use the item(s) until a claim can be submitted.
Upon receiving your order:

If the packaging appears opened or damaged, please email us immediately. In the event the product(s) are damaged, please include photos of the damage in your email to us.

Check the contents of your package and verify that you received what was ordered against the confirmation email.

Retain all packaging materials if items are damaged or missing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not accept your return.
Return Process Instructions:

Go to the CAVA Shop Returns Center and enter your email to start the return process.

Select the eligible item(s) and reason for the return to generate an estimated refund.

Confirm Return and Refund to access and print the shipping label.

Follow instructions for the proper shipping of return item(s).

Once eligible item(s) are received, a credit will be issued (minus the return shipping cost) to the original payment method used for purchase.
If you would like to order the same item(s) in a different size, please email us at cavashop@harperandscott.com so the return shipping fee may be waived.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (minus the return shipping cost). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cavashop@harperandscott.com.
Exchanges
We do NOT process exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item you ordered, please place a new order after your return is processed.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item(s) and a return shipping label shall be provided to you during the return process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
