  • We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is officially en route! Most orders take just 1–2 business days to prepare and ship, and an additional 5–7 business days to reach you.

  • All orders that are over $100 pre-tax ship on us! Any orders below $100, however, will have a standard shipping rate applied at checkout. Still curious? Please feel free to visit link for more information about our Shipping Policy.

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at this time.

  • Once your package is in the mail, you will receive an email confirmation with all tracking information. Please note that it can take 1-2 days after placing your order for us to gather and ship your items.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ShopPay.

  • Need to send something back? Head to the CAVA Returns Center with your order number or email and we’ll get it sorted. Returns are welcome within 30 days if items are unworn, unwashed, and in "as new" condition. All returns must ship from the U.S., and a flat $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted. If you would like to order the same item(s) in a different size, please email us at cavashop@harperandscott.com so the return shipping fee may be waived.

    We don’t do direct exchanges yet—just return your item and place a new order for your next favorite. For all the details, check out our Returns Policy.

  • We want every customer to get exactly what they're paying for, so if you receive a damaged item, just reach out to cavashop@harperandscott.com with pictures of the damaged items as well as pictures of the packaging for the claims process, and they can get you taken care of in a jiffy!   • We are so sorry to hear that your order was incorrect or incomplete. If you could reach out to our friends at cavashop@harperandscott.com with all the relevant information here, they can definitely look into this further!

  • Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed. We definitely want our customers to receive exactly what they want! Instead, you will need to process a return within 30 days of delivery, following the return instructions via the CAVA Shop Returns Portal found in your confirmation email or on the Returns Policy page.
